The Process

The Consultation
Before your session we connect by phone or email to talk through your show — format, guests, tone, goals. We want to understand what you're making before you walk in. No forms, no guesswork. Just a quick conversation so the crew shows up prepared.

You Arrive. We're Ready.
Your 90-minute block starts when you walk in. The first 15 minutes are ours — we handle lighting placement, camera framing, mic setup, and audio levels. By the time you sit down, the room is dialed and we're ready to record. You don't touch anything.

You Record
Your 60-minute session is all yours. We run the three cameras, manage the live switch, monitor audio levels, and handle everything happening behind the scenes. You focus on the conversation. We make sure it looks and sounds right.

We Break Down. You Leave.
When the session wraps we handle breakdown while you head out. No cleanup, no striking gear, no waiting around. Your job is done the moment you stop talking.

Your Episode Is Delivered
You receive a professionally podcast recording — ready to upload to YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or any platform you distribute on. Clean, finished, and done. If you need a short-form clips for social, ask us about our optional video editing upgrade.
